Since UCLA took over this hospital, the care in the emergency room dropped from 10 to 0. If I could give them minus , I definitely would !I came there for a second time with A chest pain. The first time I waited over 30 plus min and noone called to check me ( it says on their monitors that if you have a chest pain you need to let them know right away ) . I was literally dying with extreme chest pain and i couldn’t breathe. I was crying so much and begged them to help me. One nurse came up to me and said “You’re not dying, we base everything off numbers, welcome to the ER” SERIOUSLY? How is this professional?
Great staff, clean facilities and convenient location
Great Security staff and Er staff. Came in for shortness of breath and they took care of me. Thank you ER Tech Lisa and security Espinosa, and Security Gomez for assisting me and comforting me.
