I got here after getting hit by a drunk driver not being able to move my arm, full left side numb, including neck and back. They had me walking around and made me wait over 3hrs just to see a Dr. The staff lacks complete human empathy or compassion.
First of all, go here for heart issues. They're excellent, and their medical staff is excellent. My husband will live longer and better because of their care. The 4 stars is me complaining that they no longer post wait times for the emergency room.
Went there with our two year old who had difficulty breathing, zero energy and other symptoms. We waited our turn. After they took every single person in the room before us, then new people kept coming in and they took them before us too. We were told we were on the "fast track" and there was no one ahead of us, but 2 hours went by and that was the same reply. Thank god he started feeling better on his own, so we left and went somewhere else.
