If I could give no stars I would. My husband's great grandmother went for respite and they stole all her narcotics and called the day before she was to be sent home and said we didn't send any when we sent all her medication. She was not changed regularly. They didn't bother to cut up her foods or feed her soft foods and she has had a stroke. She was never gotten out of bed. The facility looked tidy.
Just wanted to say West hills has been a blessing for my brother and they have done a excellent job. He loves the staff and I truly think they love him too. So a big shout out to West hills. There should be more positive posts than negative. These people work hard. Thank you at West hills
If I could give this place a 0 star I would. This place has an incompetent medical staff and social worker, they tried to tell me that my aunt did not need skilled nursing care or long-term care and didn't meet the standard for Medicaid. So, they kicked her out to an unauthorized former coworker friend of my aunt's and my aunt ended up in UT Medical Center that night and after 3 days in the hospital, our family was told that she didn't have much time left. My aunt passed away 49 days after this facility kicked her out. This ... read more
