I was recently a patient to get rehab and therapy to be able to walk and strengthen my legs. I was there a month I was sick I kept telling them I felt like I had pneumonia plus I know I have a urinary problem because of the burning I was told they dont treat that. Ok but at least get me help still nothing. Ok I tried doing therapy but I was so week and light headed I actually fell over asleep during therapy the therapist stopped and asked if I was ok she made a note of it. Nasty,they don't provide any medical care . They don't even take bp or sugar. Wouldn't send my dog there.
My brother was at this facility for a few weeks. Loved the nurses and CNA’s. Loved respiratory. Brittany, Mackenzie, Steve, Renee and therapy was all great! (I cannot remember everyone’s names) I am giving 3 stars because it was a BATTLE with social work. Even our Tenncare case manager had a hard time with a certain social worker. She refused to listen. Just don't. The night staff literally doesn't care about the patients at all. My mom was recovering from broken hip/replacement and couldn't move on her own. She asked for help to get up and go to the bathroom time and time again and they left her in bed all night long multiple nights despite filing a complaint. Never again. The place is not very clean and smells awful. I could say more but you get it.
