I had a first-time annual physical visit with Dr. Scott Gaertner. During the visit, he asked me if I'm taking any medication. I told him "yes, I'm taking Claritin because I have seasonal allergy due to oak pollen". He asked me if I need any prescription. First of all, let me start by saying that Dr. Fagerberg seemed like a good person. I went in to establish with her as a new patient as we had just moved. She seemed nice and caring and empathetic...until I got a bill from them saying that my new patient visit was considered a specialty visit and was charged a few hundred dollars more as a result. Worst clinic / staff I have ever encountered. I have never written a review for any establishment before in my life, but I had to with this location. Absolutely absurd and insane how staff is organized - not a single honest person who works here. STRONGLY ADVISE ELSEWHERE
