RecommendedTook my extremely shy Doxie in to be seen by Dr.Fogarty today. The staff was amazing! Trixie was actually approaching staff with no worries! Dr.Fogarty was fantastic as well, she was so kind and gentle with Trixie. I will be honest I was not expecting Trixie to be that good as she is not the best with strangers! Trixie got her nails done and shots without any screaming or crying!! The team at West Hills did a great job from the amazing front office to the staff in the back! Their patient care is priceless to us!

We rescued a sick little English Budgie and brought him in to DR Vickstrom and she was so kind and caring towards our new little guy. Set up a plan and was realistic about what might happen! I hope he pulls through and lives a happy life but if not he was loved by us and taken care of with the upmost care by the staff at West Hills Animal Hospital! Thank you guys!
Today I brought my hamster Pamela into the vet for the first time. I brought her in her ball and set her down when I got in so I could fill out the paperwork, she had a great time exploring the waiting room. The staff was so welcoming and excited to see her! They even asked if they could post a video of her on their Facebook page! The West Hills Staff listened to my concerns, treated her with the best care, and kept me informed and involved in the decision making process the whole time. We travel about 3 hrs to this wonderful clinic. Dr Yuko and her staff have gone over and above any clinic we have ever visited. We have had wonderful care from pups to senior dogs....can't say enough good things about this wonderful Dr and her clinic❤️
