I am trapped inside along with 3 other people as I’m writing this. It is 8:15am and we have been stuck here since 7:30am. There is no emergency number posted and no one is available to let us out. The gates are wide open most mornings when I get here, I notified management about this issue but they didn’t really seem to care about the security of their facilities, their response was that I am responsible for keeping locks on my trailer. Considering I'm literally TRAPPED inside the storage facility with two other customers and no way to leave without ramming the gate they are lucky they are getting 1 star. I'm supposed to be 40 minutes away to unload my new house but I can not even get out of here!
Wes, location manager, has been amazing to work with professional, efficient, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I started with a single unit and now have four to handle the move of my household. He has been supportive every step of the way and has helped me to make my upcoming move work out. Wes got us exactly what we needed and did it very quickly. Air conditioned units big plus. Would recommend if you are moving into Morningstar or surrounding neighborhoods!
