Amazing staff! I was so nervous to get work done by any repair place because I didnt know who to trust. As soon as I got there, the manager put me at ease. Every single person was so professional and went above and beyond. Erin at the front desk was incredible! Chip and Mike who helped repair my car, took the time to explain everything to me after. scumbags. took car in to get an estimate...it came to a littlr over 1,600 dollars. for a few scratches on the bumper and passenger rear panel. obviosly trying to reach bonus for the month. took my car to a few different collision shops. one gave me a price of 650 another gave me a price of 425 and it would take no more then a day to fix the issue. so, im not sure how this clown came of with this ridiculous price, but i went elswehere and saved over a thousand dollars. i did check the estimate and i found out that he was... read more
Was told by the Service Department there's a 4 week wait for service at both Rochester locations. Didn't matter if it was to stay with or drop off. Called another Ford Dealership and was told to drop off the night before, no appt. necessary for what we needed done. Not sure about them anymore.
