One thing that could bring more people/shoppers to downtown West Haven is a bus service from Captain Thomas Blvd. to Derby Ave. (Route 4) via Campbell Ave./Forest Road ,. now for us who live in that area we have to first go into New Haven to get a bus to West Haven a time consuming way to go that a lot of time we shop New Haven and have lunch at their restaurants ,.,. also we'd be able go to the other activities too ,.,.
