It’s a great place for my mother, nice and clean. She had eaten her breakfast and the assistance. There are very nice. Give us updates on what she’s doing and how she’s doing and I see that she’s getting therapy which I am very, very grateful for all the hospitality there giving her.
I want to take a moment to thank the Unit Manager in charge of the Bliss A Unit at West Hartford Rehab. I have a loved one who recently underwent a very serious surgery, and while recovering at the facility, she had some concerns about her care. I addressed those concerns with the Unit Manager, Tracy S. Not only did Tracy listen, but she was patient, kind, compassionate, and addressed the issue immediately. I am impressed by the clean appearance of the facility and the warm, friendly attitude of the staff that takes great care of my mother. She is happy and comfortable at this location. I made a great choice in Choosing this health and rehab facility and will definitely recommend there to friends and family. Keep up the great job.
