Beware management is dishonest. I was pressured into making a general cleaning appointment after having a periodontist scraping. This is not my main dentist office and was only there to be evacuated and a deep scraping. That the only part that was done to my satisfaction. Everything after that was a scam. I was told my insurance will now fully pay for a third annual cleaning. That is a fictitious predatory practice statement. I found out later it was going to be a $100.00 copay. Be aware of their predatory cancellation fees! I was charged $35 because I cancelled the day of the appointment. Apparently their billing staff have never had sick kids or an emergency pop up at work. There are plenty of other dentists that do not have such rigid policies.
