I have only had 3 dentists in 60 years. Dr. Phadnis has continued in the footsteps of my previous providers. She is an excellent dentist who cares about the comfort of her patients. The staff in the office are courteous, friendly and professional. A truly wonderful experience, with top notch dental care!!
I visited this dental clinic twice. The first time, I had my teeth cleaned, and I was quite satisfied with the service. However, the second time, I had a cavity filling, and it turned out to be a nightmare. The doctor who treated me wasn’t listed on the website, so I can’t identify her. Throughout the procedure, she was chatting with the assistant, and the numbing wasn’t completely done, but she proceeded anyway. I had a wonderful experience at this dental office today. Dr. Phadnis was extremely professional, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. I really appreciated that she came up with a clear game plan moving forward. Lori, the hygienist, was absolutely amazing! She was professional, attentive, and truly on point throughout my visit. I’m very happy with my experience and look forward to continuing my care with the team. Highly recommend!
the hygienist was super thorough and nice but the dentist had no bedside manner at all. came in for an exam without saying Hi or Good Morning. seems very money hungry…..after i asked for an appt a month from now she offered me something for next week.
Such a great dental practice! Laurie was an exceptional hygienist and was very attentive and detail-oriented; she gave me great advice on how to reduce tooth sensitivity. The doctors also really care about preventive measures and comfort. All around a great place to go!
