The staff is SUPER rude... and do not wear masks this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. My boyfriend and I are getting out of there ASAP we moved in with a dead rat under our stove too. I would suggest anyone living here. I’m disgusted about how I was talked to by staff

My name is christopher bowers. I have been here for a year and have had to deal with roaches and a number of nice and numerous things falling apart. The biggest thing though has to be the tow company that the apartment complex has contracted with. I have had the correct credentials on my vehicles and have had a extremely bad altercation with J&J towing. They towed my vehicle speeding through waukesha and owner tried running me off the road. Second incident happened friday my car got towed because of a flat tire. But seeing h... read more

RecommendedManagement was on top of everything! Wonderful and respectful staff and maintenance crew.
Everything about this place is perfect the pool the club house the staff the neighborhood neighbors everything is great the only issue I have is about 5 months ago they came in and cut the corner of my patio and dug a hole for a cement pad to replace a post to the balcony above my apartment left 2 piles of dirt and I have from almost day one ask to have grass seed planted ( which has never been done) so I may have grass to enjoy when I want to enjoy my patio but besides that it’s a great place to live
