Great Service and Price – I've been going here ever since they opened and have no problems thus far. The service is fast and speedy. The employees there are very nice as well. The drive thru is a great convenience since I don't have to get out of my car. And you can't beat the price.

Big mistake – I took my clothes there for the first and only time and they were convenient so I stopped in without doing any research. Now I realize that they have terrible reviews and I was an idiot for visiting them. They returned a cashmere top of mine with a hole in it that left it unwearable and apparently have ruined many many peoples clothes. Do research! This place is the worst I have ever visited and I will never go back.

Worst Dry Cleaner in Houston – AWFUL! Same story as the others..I brought a very expensive shirt in, and they ruined it with stains (bleach, I assume) all over the front of it. Accused me of the stain, and were not accommodating at all. If you value your clothes, NEVER, EVER go here!

DO NOT USE...HOIRRIBLE!!!!!! – They ruined two pieces of clothes for me in the span of 2 months. I had a blouse with a belt and when I got the blouse back there was no belt attached. Also a pair of black pants were ruined. The zipper handle was broken and IT WAS MOST CERTAINLY NOT BROKEN WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN. I went to wear the pants one morning and couldn't zip it up. Then I went right back to the cleaners and ask them to fix the zipper because they had OBVIOUSLY broken it and they refused to. THESE ARE HOIRRBLE CLEANERS!!!... read more

Will ruin your clothes! – I had been taking my clothes here for a few weeks now and this last time one of my shirts came back ruined with discolored spots all over the front. I didn't realize until I got home, so I had to go back by there. They didn't do anything about it nor handle the situation in a professional way. The owner was in the back and could not even come out to give me an apology for ruining an expensive shirt. Good prices & good cleaning – I've been going here for dry cleaning for a few months now. You can't beat their prices (less than $1 for a shirt), and they do a good job. Plus, they'll have your clothes done by 5pm if in by 9am. The staff is also very nice.
