Do not go here I was very unhappy with West Gray Cleaners. I took a load of clothes there (I should have read the reviews) and got horrible results. Many of my buttons were missing and some shirts were ruined (looked as if they were bleached). They replaced all the buttons for free but I have never went back since.
HORRIBLE!!! Damage my dress and they did not respond for it! Rude and poor service! -
I took my cloths to West Gray Cleaners and in order there was a tie After i picked the cloths up and got home I noticed the tie was completely ruined The manager said when I took it back, that ties were hard to clean and press, Did not offer an apology or offer to even refund the price of the tie being cleaned. Moral of this story if you like your cloths take them somewhere else.
***beware - lost shirts - no accountability**** I recently had a horrible experience with this cleaners company. I dropped off several Ralph Lauren shirts about 3 weeks ago. I was able to pick up 10 of those shirts, but the cleaners lost the other 5. I patiently waited for 2 weeks per their request to resolve THEIR SCREW UP. Poor Customer Service Skills – I brought in a shirt for a re-do. When I came to pick it up with another cleaning order, the "manager" looked at the ticket and told me that I only had five shirts. When I told him that I brought in a sixth for a re-do, he continued to point to the receipt, staing that I only brought in five. One of the clerks actually remembered me bringing in the shirt and told the "manager" that he remembered it. Decent cleaners – I'd been using the location at West Gray for three years, but moved six months ago and now use the new location on Fannin, which in my opinion is better. I'm happy with the services they've provided, but I've never had any of the problems mentioned in other reviews, so I can't honestly tell you how they handle problems. I also have not used their alteration services. Bad Customer Service – Sorry for the length, but here is an honest assessment of West Gray cleaners by a mostly satisfied customer. I have been using West Gray Cleaners for the past 3 years without any major incident. They seemed to do a pretty standard job when cleaning my work clothes and the prices are reasonable. Recently, I had a pair of pants altered by their seamstress. They said the pants would be ready to pick up in 2 days. I came back 2 days later and they said they had forgotten to alter them.
