Very talented group of people from receptionists to dental hygienists and top tier dentists . Absolutely amazing service and very happy with the work that was done. It was quick, and cost-effective. West GP Dental has changed my opinion about dentists. I hadn't been to a dentist in an embarrassing amount of time, and they never made me feel judged. They took me through my options, treated me with care, and booked me in for all the things I needed to get done. Dr. Kim is amazing and so kind and gentle. I've been going to WGPD for years. This last experience was not great. It seems they've gone downhill in patient care. They're more interested in upselling. My main reason for going aside from x-rays would have been a simple five min. fix but the dentist refused to do it because of time. It left me going home in the same pain, I had come in with. If you need any dental work other then a cleaning i would not recommend. Had a root canal completed and they did it incorrectly and will do nothing about it other then refer me to a specialist in Edmonton. If they couldn't do it correctly in the first place they should be referring to specialists to start. Seems like a money grab to me
