Amazing team. The staff all treat you like family and are so helpful and supportive. I had wisdom tooth extractions as well as other teeth that were broke off at the gums so all that was left was the roots and Dr. Joy was truly amazing. By far the best dental experience that I have ever had. Three days after the extractions I wasn't taking my pain killers and wasn't even hurting anymore.. I would highly recommend this dental clinic. Especially Dr. joy.
My 8yr old son was seen here about 6mos ago for a small filling on the chewing surface of one of his baby molars. I have prior dental experience and am pretty good after 20yrs in the dental field at seeing cavities on X-rays. I was open with the dentist about my dental experience so that he knew I could understand what he was talking about, dental wise. I had a tooth crack on me and the dentist i normally go to was unavailable today. I was in some pain, so the ladies got me in quickly for an exam and fixed the broken filling. I was very happy with the care and service i received.
I had called this office cause my son is needing work done one his teeth. He doesn't like the dentist and was supposed to go to gateway to have sedation but they denied his cause he is 2.2% over their limit for weight and height for his age. When I had told this to the receptionist her response was well loose weight. He's an active 8 year old boy who eats healthy. Her response was discusting. And having someone like that answering phones needs to be fired.
