Twice we have had Doctor Wang and found him very dismissive when a concern was brought up. Today my son had Doctor Curtis and he was really amazing, listened and made you feel comfortable. We have also had Doctor Kim in the past and he’s also been really great but unfortunately isn’t usually available during our availability so from now on we will request Doctor Curtis! 😊
I have had a couple of issues with these guys.... First off, I would like to say when we first started going here the service was fantastic. However, over the years the service has been sub par at best. It seems like they cannot keep their staff & they are very pushy on selling people Invisalign, and do they not keep their word as far as the treatment plans that they offer. Found this clinic by accident when my son got his teeth pushed back. But our entire family goes here now. They are friendly, understanding and caring. I’m terrified of the dentist and they work with me every step of the way!
I had some dental work performed; the staff were courteous and professional. The procedure went well and I am satisfied - I would recommend West Grande Prairie Dental if you need your teeth looked at.
