Was trying to buy a trailer here went through the entire process with the loan company, they contacted the loan company and told them I told them I didnt want it anymore when I never contacted them as I was busy with the loan company to get the home loan going, just to find out they sold the trailer underneath me. If you dont have cash in their face dont bother they won't let you
Don’t live here if you have more than 2 cars. They are so strict when it comes to parking!! If the visitors parking are taken, you can’t park on the road…. And if you do , your car will get towed. If you rent, you can’t even make your porch look nice because they don’t allow you to put things in there. They’ll give you a warning ! The prices just get higher and higher. They except you to do so much.
Seems like a decent mobile home park, clean streets nice park and pool too
Hermoso y ordenado
Would be nicerif it wasn’t so noisy
