Moved in after first month complained of a musky mold smell..asked if they were ever any water damage or mold complaints before. Was told no and nothing more was done..after 5 months told them I was moving out cause of headache and stuffy nose. Was asked if there anything can do to have me stay after 4 months of this..no I just wanted out..to find out as soon as I move out they gut the kitchen find the problem..and I had to keep the pge on for that month..so I also paid for the power to have it fixed..was told I couldn't mov... read more

I came in to rent a studio, which cost 1600 monthly. My income reaches 3400. The office was trying so hard to make it happen. They require 4000 monthly just to move in. I even worked more over time the following week to try and make some difference. With that unit not renting in four months. You think they would want a person who can pay the rent to move in.
