Travis could not have been kinder nor more professional! I have a small spot near my ceiling that I believed to be mold. When Travis inspected it; he said it is not mold, but a hole, probably dug by an insect or an animal. He did not charge me anything. He could easily have charged me for a service call. He could have also have expensively repaired my non-existent “mold” problem, and I would have been no wiser. His integrity and kindness is impressive.
