This was nothing short of a 5 star experience. I struggle with hospitals and being put under, and I cannot begin to tell you how supportive and impressive the staff was in pre op. They made me feel better every single step of the way. I cant remember a thing and that is a testament to their amazing team and professional treatment/plan execution. Personally I cannot thank them enough for their support and the team there are Angels. Thank you team!!!
Surgery started 5.5 hours after the time we were supposed to get there. We got there at 9:30 (30 minutes early). They didn’t roll him back to the or until 2 and another half hour before I got a text to let me know surgery actually started. Five and a half hours of waiting for a scheduled surgery.

My surgeon and post surgery nurse were fine, but had horrible encounters with other staff. Front desk receptionist was rude and had no empathy. While my post surgery nurse claimed that this next part had nothing to do with me and was sorry…I don’t know if true, and regardless should not be discussed in front of patient. Here it goes: I told my intake nurse I didn’t need a pregnancy test, but told her if I had to that I would.
