We were well taken care of during our short stay. The nurses and volunteers made sure that everyone was informed and comfortable. Hee went fast but the experience at hospice was nothing short of wonderful.
Everyone has been wonderful! I can't say enough about West Georgia Hospice...they are amazing!!!
The most beautiful facility I have ever seen. The staff is wonderful. I would recommend it for your loved ones.
I am impressed with how they have been! A few are extraordinarily sweet and helpful and make this process more understanding! It's not a good time for any of the families involved here so it's not going to be a real great response from most of us because of the finality of loosing our family member is the ultimate thing on our mind! But this place is so clean it has a warm feeling and the grounds a very well kept! Thanks for making this place so beautiful!
Did not have a good experience here . Times like these are hard without them being made worse . The care my grandmother received was anything but the best . She was on dr ordered thickened liquids due to aspiration and they give her plain liquids if any liquids at all . Most the time no liquids at all because she wasn't physically strong enough to set up and get out of bed . Her water would be on the table across the room . I was very impressef with the care they give not only the patient but the family too.
The ppls was so helpful and caring about the patients.
The facility is very nice and the staff is wonderful! Their care extends beyond the patient to the entire family.
I was very impressed at the care they give not only the patients but their families also. Their level of concern for their patients warmed my heart. Every time I went to the nurses station with concerns they were all eager to help and help me through the painful process to make it as easy as possible.
