I recently used west Georgia gastro for a colonoscopy and the first consultation was with Susan Prescott that went great and their office staff called with all the scheduling details and arrival time. The Dr. Arledge was professional friendly and personable. A+++
Dr. Arledge and his staff are incredible. I have been a patient of his for 17 years, he is the best doctor that I have and always takes time for me.
The Villa Rica location is a joke. The front office staff is nice but that's about it. You are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment only to wait 1+ hours for the NP Jennifer to say your CT is unremarkable, call if you need us. 3 minutes of face time and no desire to even find out what is causing my uncle's stomach issues. I am sure they charged the insurance an arm and a leg for something we knew before going in because the CT results were posted on his MyChart weeks ago. A complete WASTE of time!
All of the staff here is friendly and kind. They really go the extra mile to help!
Administrative staff was pleasant and so was Dr Sheriff. He was patient and took his time to explain my mom’s procedure and addressed her concerns about separate issues. We are very happy with the experience!
