I was referred here by a college teammate. I went to West Georgia for four years while a student at University of West Georgia. The office staff are friendly, helpful and great at sending out reminders of yearly appointments. Dr. Rothschild is friendly, great at thoroughly going through diagnosis and supportive of the local community. It’s never crowded and I feel like I get personal attention during my appointment time. I recommend this place to my family still in the area and If I was in the area I’d still be a patient.
Never again will I visit that location. The doctor (Dr. Long) was wonderful, but when it came time to asking questions to the office staff you can forget about it. I wated for over 5 hours for a call back, to only end up calling back myself and they still could not answer my questions. I ended up having to get my prescription and go somewhere else to get my glasses because they were to unwilling to call my insurance and see how to file their claim.
