Service in the medical supple section was just plain mean. I was treated from day 1 with cold arrogant manner. Just plain nasty for no apparent reason. But I found online a very good medical company called Save Rite. They delivered quickly and right to my door at half the price for what West Gate charges.

I have used this provider for CPAP about four years and have been give old rental machines and outdated parts instead of new equipment. As a result, I've had erratically and nonworking equipment . When I brought in the broken CPAP machine, I was told that I must have done something or the equipment was returned with no repairs done. The situation came to a head during surgery at a hospital when I was unable to breathe because of the CPAP's failed humidifier. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Definitely Did this provider take time with you at your appointment? Yes Does this provider answer the phone in a reasonable time when you call? Definitely Has this pharmacy ever given you the incorrect amount of medication? Never! They are always careful to give me the correct amount! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money! Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy
