If you want to be able to see your family member and be able to speak to supervisors who are helpful this is definitely NOT the place! VERY dissatisfied with being transferred on phone from one person to another all day long. Still can't get a hold of anyone.
Yo paciente de el hospital West Gables agradezco a todos los terapistas y médicos del centro por la forma de trabajo, hospitalidad y el buen trato. Yo fui operada de cadera y entré sin caminar y ahora salgo por mis pies. Quisiera que todos los que necesiten una recuperación que no lo piensen y vengan. le doy gracias principalmente a la terapista Zaire Esparza y en especial a Kamaly Ruiz. Sin pensarlo vengan aquí, lo recomiendo!
My mom was at West Gables following hip surgery due to a fall. The attention of the entire staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and physical therapists was excellent. They were kind, patient, and compassionate. In addition, the facility was very clean which is another huge plus. I would definitely recommend West Gables Rehab for anyone who is currently researching rehabilitation facilities.
