DO NOT DO BUSINESS with West Georgia Equipment & Party Rental! This is a horrible company. They have terrible customer service. The ower and his wife are extremely rude and nasty to their customer's. I have Absolutely NO idea how they are still in business!
After being told a piece of equipment was available, I drove out to get it and was then told I couldn't rent it. It was there. They SHOWED it to me, but wouldn't rent it. So thanks for the wasted trip. Long story: I called on two separate days, speaking with two different people, to ask about renting a piece of equipment. Everyone at this location was very helpful. I had scouted Anderson for equipment rental needing a floor buffer. When I stopped in at Sunbelt I first spoke to Wayne who was very helpful giving me information I needed. Based on his professional conduct I reserved a machine. Each rental and return I worked with John Partain-he was so very helpful, answered my questions with patience, and made me feel like a valued customer. Great spot for tool rentals. I wish they had better hours on the weekend but they are friendly and helpful-have helped us out of more than one bind!
I have rented tools from this location many times and I am always impressed with how well the tools are maintained and the selection they have to offer.

Super nice folks. I needed a stage and a sound system. They came out and set everything up! They even thought of things I needed BEFORE I needed them. I will definitely be using them again!
If you are looking to rent something, check with Todd at Sunbelt rental in Durham. He will find what you are looking for and get it to his shop when you want it. He was great to work with and made it easy for us to get the piece of equipment we needed. Don't bother to calling the Sunbelt in Raleigh on Chapel Hill RD, they don't seem to want to rent anything the way they handle their customers. It is worth going the extra distance to the Durham Sunbelt Rental for all of your Rentals and ask for Todd.
I called to get information about a rototiller in Boulder. Before I can get an answer, I'm asked "20 questions", name, address, etc. Then I'm told the guy on teh line will do a search to see what the local store has or does not have... Then IF the store might have "it"... they'll call me. Are you kidding? THis is NOT service!!!!!!!! This is gathering a data base and creating a hassle for me and my family on a weekend.
