I like the sauna. Peaceful gym
Great gym, wish the sauna was open a little bit earlier. Maybe 0430, sauna doesn't get opened until about 0512. Takes about 30 mins to heat up. Or maybe give sauna access to specific people that sign a waiver so that 24 hour access guys/gals can utilize this amenity. I can't speak for everyone but I usually arrive at the gym at 0400 and a great sauna session prior to PT would do wonders for my body. I'm sure many others would appreciate it too. Just food for thought.
Great veriety of free wights and machines. The basketball court is great and the track upstairs is a creative addition. Usually not too busy.
Great equipment. A nice hideaway if you work on main post.
