Strange about how certain things are locked up, but GREAT PARKING, 24hr access w/Commanders info, PLENTY of machine, UPSTAIRS TRACK, FULL B-Ball court and plenty of FREE WEIGHTS
The staff at this gym is unprofessional. We were conducting pregnancy PT at the gym were told we could not because 1 person was unaware. The person in charge of the P3T program did coordinate but because it wasn’t with this one guy he had a problem with us working out there. I will not be returning to this gym after seeing the way my instructor was treated. 👎
Love going to this gym, the recent renovations and rearranging of equipment t and room.s has made it much better to get a great workout. I love the sauna at this gym, perfect to get a good sweat and dewpnstretch after your workout also. The gym is kept super clean, specially the showers are always in great condition. The staff is fun and helpful and always looking to help you out. Highly recommend you try it out. They also just added 24 hour access for those that work late nights and need a workout super early or really late... read more
Unprofessional staff. Staff member talking badly about other SM’s who use their gym for P3T to another SM. Miscommunication on the staff members end, led to an entire group of P3T females leaving the gym. All of the coordination was done properly and he was the only one not aware. That is not our problem. Then goes on to talk to another SM about the situation afterwards. Extremely unprofessional.
