a guy Gabriel here is highly unprofessional & inappropriate. I won’t go too much into detail but he should not be in management, or not on the team at all! I Loved Stephanie & the rest of the crew. Hopefully we can get these things changed around soon.
I’m glad these reviews are finally showing Stephanie for the poor manager that she is. Every dog has their day, she’s never in office. When you bring an issue to her, she tries to get more money out of you before she tries to fix the issue. Gabriel, thank you for running this property. I had a very disappointing experience at 8820 Apartments. Throughout my time here, I noticed ongoing cleanliness and maintenance issues in common areas, including trash buildup and delayed repairs. There were also safety concerns that made me uncomfortable, such as the several homeless people that have access to the buildings and roam the hallways, security guards charging their phones in the hallway instead of patrolling, tenants walking with guns around the property, and the exits from the elevators on most floors smell li... read more
