I’ve been here for two years and although the leasing office staff has changed but Susan, Tania, Gabe and Stephanie are amazing. Any work orders I have Jose and Harold take care of within 24hrs. I’m on the fourth floor with a pool view my apt is beautiful, my rental rate is perfect and the property is well maintained. The pool is beautiful, the gym is functioning and well maintained, there is plenty of parking and reserved spots.
I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Apartment Complex 8820. From the moment I moved in, the management and maintenance teams have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds and modern amenities that truly make it feel like home.
