This place is TRASH. Don’t move in. Maintence is rude as hell. Pretend not to know English when I’ve spoken to him in English in the past. Keys won’t open laundry or gym. When you try and find maintence or the office management there never there. Office girls aren’t nice and have attitude. Shouldn’t have that as your frontline people. Save yourself the trouble find a different complex to move in to. Counting down the days until my lease is over 🎉
Where do I even begin , the staff here is super friendly Gloria and Nancy are the best ! They always willing to chat it up and also help out with any issues. They are the best . Also the community here is kept clean, and in a very nice area . 5’s for sure for this place !
I would like to know. How do you get into contact with the owner of this property? This has been the worst experience of our life. You guys are thieves, you guys. Use people information against their will. My husband moved out of that building over 2 years ago, and you guys are still utilizing his information as a tenant. In your building and he does not stay there. He came and told you guys in your face that he does not stay there. And is there anything that he has to do to get off of the lease? I truly love West 5th Apartments! I have lived at West 5th Apartments for 2.5 years and due to unforeseen events I have to move away. Today is my last day as a resident and I’m extremely sad to leave. The leasing office (Gloria, Jena, Nancy and Carolina) and maintenance team (Marcos, Marco, Domingo, Matthew and Armando) are wonderful. They are always attentive, kind and courteous. Anytime an issue arose, they were quick to resolve it. I highly recommend West 5th Apartments as your future home!
