I’ve lived here since 2017 because buying a house has been impossible. There have been many changes in management over the years, but honestly, it’s been for the best. Not that everyone who has worked here hasn’t been pleasant and welcoming—there have just been a lot of improvements during that time. Parking can be difficult for guests, but for me, the convenience outweighs that. Being close to my kids’ school, having so many stores nearby, and easy freeway access are huge positives. The place is very quiet and clean so I like the maintenance team !!!!!!!
This is a great community. Landscape is up kept, friendly neighbors and staff. Few things since I’ve lived here I think can improve: - I’ve seen several homeless people in the evening. We have security in which I feel this should be caught right away. - people across the street bring their trash in our bins - I’ve already had two things stolen from my front. The rent increases every year even during the pandemic, the rent increased. The laundry room doesn't have hot water, so your clothes are only washed in cold water. I have been in this apartment for almost ten years, but unfortunately I can't buy anything right now. I requested new blinds, but they only replaced the ones that fell down. However, those fell down soon after. If you're an older tenant, don't expect upgrades like the other units.
