Had my first visit to West Family Dentistry today, and it was an outstanding experience. I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past, but the team here was professional, welcoming, and genuinely cared about providing great service. What I appreciated most was their honesty. Staff was friendly and efficient. The office was clean and welcoming. I have been a patient of Dr. West’s for years. This was my first time bringing my children to his office. Everyone was so good with my kids - offering them headphones and a movie of their choosing to enjoy while having their teeth cleaned and examined and then later letting them pick out a prize from the treasure chest. Would recommend them to all my friends and family.
I had a really great experience here today. Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. The hygienist took the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I had. I’m usually nervous going to the dentist, but they made it such an easy and positive experience. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a caring and professional dental office!

I was referred to Dr. West and I am so glad! I broke a tooth over the weekend, and Monica was so sympathetic and squeezed me in. Sheila was so caring, and had the softest touch. Dr. West explained to me the process of getting a crown. It was my first one and I cried. They whole office made me so comfortable.
