I have been trying since last October/06 to get someone to come and nail down the squeaky wood floors that I have. This is a co-op apartment and I have area rugs, so I only needed some areas under the rugs to be nailed down. No one wanted to take this SMALL JOB. Finally Service Magic hooked me up with West-Fair Oak Floor. They came right over, no problem, gave me an estimate ( which I think was reasonable) and we set a date.
