RecommendedI moved in to WEV in May 2014 and have happily renewed each year since. If I were not relocating out of state, I would be staying put. Between Mandy, Erika & Christina going above and beyond in the leasing office, Jeb, Brandon, and Yvette being a part of the speedy & dedicated maintenance crew, the prime location/amenities, and friendly neighbors (& their pups), it has been an absolute pleasure to call this community home! I love living at WEV. You are close to the dog park, Centennial Park and a quick Uber ride downtown. The best part has been the staff and friendly neighbors I have met.

Great place to live. Amenities are top notch and they are quick to turn around on service requests. The ladies in the leasing office are extremely friendly and professional. I’ve lived here for two years and am only moving out due to Covid related job loss.

WEV has been my home for the past three years. I have had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Mandy, Christina, and Erica always ensure that you are taken care of and are always ready to help. The location is perfect,, in midtown/ west end nashville. I work at vanderbilt and i walk there every day. I could not ask for a better home in nashville :)
Awesome place to live with a wonderful staff! The pool is great during the summer and it’s nice being close to Centennial Park. My neighbors are friendly and you can have pets! Love living here ☺️
The staff is amazing! Every time I go down there and need something it’s taken care of right away they remember my name and what my apartment # it’s great! Went to my first wine down Wednesday and it was great meeting some of the ppl that live here! Also WEV is close to everything love not having to get onto the interstate!
