wish i could give 0 stars, lived there for a little over 2 years and when i first moved in it wasn't all that bad. Then things stated to happen. I was on the ground floor and my bath tub would back up, extremely drafty during winter months, heat wouldn't work and plenty of other things that management didn't seem to care about. There are so many better options out there.
Seems nice enough but they don't seem bothered by how dangerous the stairs to enter are. It's a lawsuit and a half waiting...
Noone showed up for my viewing and I happened to look at guides and a follower gave me great details about that place.
Moved here in March 2022. The stay has been pleasant during winters and spring but as its getting warmer outside it's difficult to stay here as there is no air conditioning! I live on the first floor.. cant keep windows open as there are clover mites that come in from somewhere i do not know how! There is a portable window AC but it doesnt help much as it cools only one room.. also needs to drain the water out from it every time or it stops cooling effect.
