We just moved from out of state and they has been so patient and helpful. Moving itself is stressful and Brian’s friendliness and flexibility helped immensely. We were hesitant because of the other reviews, but Brian is a new manager who seems to be working hard to turn the place around! The units are reasonably priced and having the option of a garage is a life-saver! Maintenance was quick when I needed something fixed. They also have a small fenced dog park, which has been amazing for our furry friends!
This place is terrible to live in. Management doesn’t care about anything, the hallways are disgusting and they never clean the carpet. It constantly smells like dog, and the whole apartment needs repairs every week
wish i could give 0 stars, lived there for a little over 2 years and when i first moved in it wasn't all that bad. Then things stated to happen. I was on the ground floor and my bath tub would back up, extremely drafty during winter months, heat wouldn't work and plenty of other things that management didn't seem to care about. There are so many better options out there.
Seems nice enough but they don't seem bothered by how dangerous the stairs to enter are. It's a lawsuit and a half waiting...
