I have always been treated fairly there. Most places try to take advantage of a female when she's alone when it comes to working on the car.
I had my oil changed here for years , I really trusted this place, but on my last oil change I was told I needed a new oil pan because threads were stripped out , ( even through they had to be the ones that stripped it) So i paid $400 for a new one but now my car leaks oil and inside smells of burned oil all the time, My car did not leak or use oil before this , when I questioned them about the oil pan they got all religious on me like they would never do any wrong and would not give a straight and direct answer or would not... read more
All of the staff was extremely helpful, and filled with genuine southern charm. I called ahead to make sure they had the tires I needed, and they were more than happy to help. When they found that they had the tires I needed, they said that they would hold the tires until I was able to come in. When I had the chance to make it over to the shop, it was 20 minutes from closing time. This didn't seem to bother any of them, and they were more than happy to help.
