RecommendedI called these guys on Monday morning, needing a tire by Monday evening, they supplied it, treated me well, installed quickly. I’m from out of town, they don’t know me. I work for a good, quality, honest body shop north of Nashville, they treated me like I treat my customers. I skipped the sketchy shops 5 miles from here and called them 25 miles away, was treated well. Even asked me to come by for events, bc they aren’t afraid of bringing their customers back. If you’re local, use these guys, real humans, like my shop.
Really great people and business! I had a blowout on my motorhome just down the road from them only 15 minutes before their normal closing time. They stayed late to get me back on the road and were super nice even though I know everyone there had to be tired after a long day of work. 5 star service!

Simply great service. Great people. My dad had a car dealership when I was growing up, and his very successful service department had a superior reputation. These guys are like that. Across from Maryville City Hall.

On our way home to Florida we needed an emergency tire repair. The staff at West End was friendly and extremely helpful. They looked at the tire on the spot and fixed it perfectly right away so we could make it home at a reasonable hour.
I am not one to write negative reviews about any business. I know sometimes things happen, but this company has left lug nuts loose on my vehicle twice. One time causing me to be left on the side of the road on my way home from Texas. Took it in the other day to have tire balanced and rotated. Got on the road and immediately noticed something was wrong. Took it back in and they said they wheels weren’t balanced properly. Well isn’t that their job!?
