Over two hour wait for a $17 delivery... Not acceptable for any reputable business.
Just got food and the delivery guy Tyler was great and fast. What a good employee they have representing west end take out.
I hadn't been here since the early 2000s, glad to see they still run a great business! I have to complement the young man who was running the kitchen they were extremely busy and he was talking to all the staff to make sure each order went out correctly. To management of the restaurant you should be very proud to have a young person who takes pride in what they do, he is a BOSS, to the young man you will go far with your work ethic. I'm from Clymer NY and will definitely stop again!

Well it never fails u order food they deliver u open your pizza box and the toppings are off the pie and in the corner of the box like for real u pay and spend over 30 bucks and expect to have a good pizza and enjoy it but nope.... crappy service and your pizza is all destroyed. If u want a pizza with no toppings or sauce then hit this place up. They got ya......
The place sucks!and the reason it sucks is the owner is a serpent who pays her employees minimal wages!example 5 year employee making 7.50 an hour?of course there not gonna give a shit,just saying.
Has been declining over the last year. I used to love them! Took an hour and half to receive 4 pep balls and and order of chicken finger. Total 11.40 .. Chicken fingers burnt. Yet cold as all get out.. And missing a pep ball. Which too were burnt and hard.. :( ranch dressing is still on point.. All I can think is new employees that need to learn the ways fast... Quit giving g west end a bad name!!
I placed an or at 7pm. Here it is, 8:30pm.....still no food. I will never be ordering from them again. And if the food does ever show up, I will not be paying full price. If I even pay. This is bullshit. Lousy LOUSY service.
