Seeing Dr. Ruff was the best decision I made! After loosing the unwanted weight I put on in my 50's, I also lost the fat in my face and cheeks caused by early HIV medications in the 90's. Terrible at communicating with customers. I have been trying to schedule an appointment since June 8th with limited or no response from Claudia. It takes me a week of follow up emails to get an “oh sorry i missed this” and then another week of no response to actually get my appointment scheduled. Everytime I call their phones are tied up. If this is how hard it is to get an appointment, I imagine getting in contact for any type of aftercare, concerns or questions would be even more of a nightmare.
