I have never felt comfortable taking my daughter here. We never received a warm welcome from any of the staff members. In fact, they have been consistently rude each visit. I was encouraged by family members to try to stick it out with this practice since they were familiar with my daughter’s medical history (since birth) but at this juncture it serves us no benefit to entrust people with the care of my child who are ill-intended. Shame on them.
We were new patients and unfortunately missed the 15m grace period by 2 minutes and they refused to see us (even though the place was empty) and also told us there was no availability for almost 2 months.
We've absolutely loved this entire practice for both of our kids! We've been coming here for 2.5 years and they always give great guidance on our kids development and health! Everyone is very friendly and we've had an excellent experience here!
Called this practice this morning to schedule an appointment as a new patient. Unfortunately I was denied service due to the doctor choosing to not seeing kids who are not vaccinated. This is very unfortunate and unfair.
