Just tried to set appointment I called and someone answered the phone"please hold" 2 minutes later she answers and asks "how may i help you" I told her " I need to set an appt for obgyn. " she says "ok" puts me back on hold...i never heard from her again ..finally hung up after almost 7 mins on hold. I call back now there is a wait...I select the option for a call back so I dont have to sit on hold. Someone calls like 2 mins later with a bad attitude like she is tired of taking calls and irritated that she has to be at work.... read more
