I called answering service on at 10 am on a tues relaid message then mussed call and return on missed call lady picked up then put me on hold and right back to answering service then it was 11. Does this doctor not want patients eill rekate this to bcbs
I have seen her three times now and each time has been worse than the last. She is very rude and unprofessional. She LAUGHED at my positive results for a certain test, and I honestly do not understand what was so amusing about my condition. She does not give patients enough time to ask questions about their issues and treatments. I had to ask questions while she stood at the door (already open) as if she had somewhere more important to be. I will NOT be seeing her again. Please do not waste your money.
