They could return a phone call or text message. We have been leaving both repeatedly for a week. NO RESPONSE. I can't imagine being a customer and having a need.
We’ve been extremely happy with our decision to engage West End Realty Management services. We were hesitant to lease out our home, but Robert walked us through the process and we were fortunate to secure renters with a long-term lease within a short period of time. Based on their responsiveness, we anticipate Robert and the administrative staff will continue to provide excellent service throughout the term of the lease.
Gina Laux served as both our property manager for 2 years while renting the property and subsequently our real estate agent once we decided to sell the home. Gina was tremendously patient, resourceful and dedicated in all related facets of this process. She was in constant commutation with us and really gave us a sense of comfort while we were gone from STL.
