sorta – Sorta Spectacular - These guys Rock! Came to the rescue in a big way. 5 star! And stand behind their products. Jeff was incredible help (came to rescue late at night).
Very helpful – I locked myself out and called West End Lock. Their technicians were all busy for at least the next 3 hours. I asked for a referal and they recommended Green Hills Lock and Key who helped me out right away. The BEST! – Ran a google search and called the first locksmith on the list. Big mistake! I should have called West End Lock Co FIRST!! The other company's tech called me at 12:30 to say he'd be there in 30 mins. At 1:30 he still wasn't there so I called him and it went to voice mail where he didn't leave his name, he just belched.
