We paid a lot of money to get VIP tickets for New Year’s Eve and didn’t get what was promised+ we had puddles of alcohol and trash under our tables for most of the night (actually it was like that throughout the whole venue) because our “waitress” never took away empty containers, so basically we mopped the floor with our gowns. Hors d’oeuvres were supposed to be included with our tickets, but we never saw them. We managed to still have fun somehow but will never do this again.
Horrible customer service and staff is unresponsive on inquires. I attended the Royal Masquerade Ball for New Year’s Eve that was help at this venue and was immediately disappointed in how the staff handled the event. We bought tickets prior to the event and arrived an hour after the event was meant to start, however we were still required to wait outside for 30 minutes in 19 degree weather while the staff finished making preparations. Its a fun place. Lots of stuff to see of the old Dallas
Great Event Space with 2 different Rooms & big Bars in each room. Restrooms are clean & there is plenty of parking in the area.
