Dr Sacks is quick, efficient, and to the point. I feel comfortable knowing what he tells me is legitimate vs the discomfort of not knowing if other dentists are just up-selling procedures that may not be needed. Nowadays, too many practices in general are all about managed healthcare and all about volume and adding onto insurance claims wherever they can. The cleaning was the best I ever had. Very complete and painless. My teeth looked great, and the check-up by the dentist was thorough and very well-explained. He patiently listened to my questions, and provided a thoughtful and expert response.
