Professional, friendly, efficient---an overall good experience

What I truly appreciated was the genuine concern about the well being of my teeth. One example is emphasizing how I was ignoring a existing condition that had been cited 2 or 3 times in past examinations. By sitting me down, and pointing this out, it suddenly came to me that I needed to do what I had been procrastinating over. But they also understood how it was not unusual to put things off, but it has to be done before being too late to correct. They also made it convenient for me to get done what was needed.
The service was excellent and the staff friendly. Did not have to wait long.
Everyone is friendly, professional and intelligent. I had a cleaning, x-rays and exam and was in/out in an hour. Still, I didn't feel rushed and both the hygienist and dentist spent time with me and gave me insightful evaluations.The offices have modern technology/xrays/computers; but could use a little updating for decor. One machine in the room I was in had some packing tape holding it together --which wouldn't have bothered me except it had what seemed liked dust/dirt on it which didn't seem as sanitary as I'd like.Close ... read more
