Both Helen (my regular hygienist) and Jane (the one who was scheduled for my first part of the deep cleaning) were excellent: professional, caring and thorough. Satisfied as usually.
Staff was warming, and efficient. Always a friendly smile. Great explanations of procedures about to be performed. All in all a wonderful experience.
No complaints - easy to get an appointment, polite and friendly staff.
I'm relatively new to West End Dental. I had my first large appointment for some extensive work this week. It went as smoothly and painlessly as one could hope for!! Dr. Gorti is great and I had fabulous care also provided by Dr. Seo. Thanks and I'm sure to be a life long patient!!
The procedure was handled perfectly. It was basically quick with little to no discomfort. The aftermath was also with no pain. I am very pleased.
