My first appointment with Dr. Klein, who worked quickly and efficiently on an unusual (to me) problem -- a crack in a front tooth. I liked him very much.
No waiting time. I was seen at my scheduled appointment time, as usually happens. Newly decorated and attractive waiting area. Staff were pleasant and friendly, as they always are. One professional addressed me by name. The last time I was treated by him was at least 3 years ago. Even if he needed to look up my name or inquire of someone, I appreciated the effort and intent!
