This psychiatry practice is unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs.
I’m not sure what they are trying to pull here. They claim to not take my insurance plan. I called my insurance to verify they were in network and took my plan before I even outreached them. Under the guidelines for my plan they cannot charge their $100 deposit fee or any fees. They told me they can. I thought it was a simple misunderstanding that could be cleared up with my insurance company calling them. I have been receiving phenomenal care from Daniel Durbin. His care, passion, and knowledge base is evident and impressive. Highly recommend.
Daniel Durbin has been the best ADHD med management provider I have ever seen. And I have been dealing with borderline incapacitating ADHD for over 30 years and seen tons other providers. He is a sympathetic ear and his knowledge of ADHD medications, new and old, is extensive. It is hard for me to maintain medicine regimens, well, because of my ADHD. They really hyped up their ADHD treatments but unceremoniously referred me to a different place. Do you even understand how ADHD works? It took me years to take this step only to have you shuffle me off on someone else.
