Clinic is abruptly closing. My clinician has apparently left already. Had my scheduled appt and the owner was unexpectedly on it to tell me they're closing and find a new clinic. At least I was given 3 mos of medication. This is the oddest clinic closure I've encountered. I hope my clinician starts elsewhere. He's the only psych Dr. I have liked.

I can’t speak to care here. I can only speak to trying to get care here. My insurance changed so I looked into this practice to manage my medications and therapy for executive dysfunction. You’re basically applying to be a patient. Took an hour to fill out the exhaustive list of forms. When I asked about how far they were booked out, I was told a few weeks. Surprised me. I’m not sure what they are trying to pull here. They claim to not take my insurance plan. I called my insurance to verify they were in network and took my plan before I even outreached them. Under the guidelines for my plan they cannot charge their $100 deposit fee or any fees. They told me they can. I thought it was a simple misunderstanding that could be cleared up with my insurance company calling them.
