We were sold a truck with the frame cracking and pulling away. They took it in to fix it. Sales guy couldn't give us an idea of what work was done "because he's in sales" and refused/ignored every request to give us a number to call the shop. We take full responsibility in the fact that we should have checked all areas, but seriously who check that on a vehicle less than 2 years old. We just don't appreciate the run around. Overall terrible experience from the get go wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

We purchased a truck back in November from Terry at West End and it’s the best decision we ever made they are absolutely amazing and they go above and beyond we broke down today right here in our hometown and I called him up and they were on our way to help us got it running got to the shop and Terry’s son hooked it up to the computer and Bam cam sensor is going out explains everything lets me know what’s going on tells me he’ll order it drop it off Monday and will have it back Monday night!!!!! Got totally hung out to dry on a truck, was fed an elaborate story about how the check engine light was due to an emissions delete, [my fault for trusting these people]. Now well over $3,000 in repairs and its not over yet. DO NOT purchase a vehicle from these people. They will get you approved with poor credit, which is the only good thing about them.
We had to stop in and say hi to our favorite home town dealer!!! If you all are car shopping and have not looked here you are truly missing out on the BEST customer service!!! Not only during your purchase but followup maintenance & warranty needs!!!! Hardest workers I’ve ever met in the business. They were so great that they earned our continued repeat business & referrals.
I would absolutely recommend them over and over again! I have never seen a team work so hard to get me exactly what I wanted! We bought a 2011 Jeep wrangler Sahara jku from them. They gave me double what another dealership in town was going to give me for my trade in. They went above and beyond what a small family owned dealership should have done! I cant thank them enough!
