They are so sweet here at West Ridge Auto Sales they help you find the car you are looking for! I felt no pressure into getting a super expensive and they helped me with payments that work for me! I will never buy a car from anywhere else! Thank you Donna Ray Norton and all the staff here for all of your help! Oh not to mention I came to them as a student with no car and they got me into one the next day!
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! We bought 2 cars here in one week. Huge mistake!! Both cars, within one or two days, started breaking down. As soon as I drove off the lot with one and filled it up with gas, gas poured out the bottom of the car. THEY DON"T CARE AS LONG AS THEY GET THEIR MONEY..You can't get any answers from anyone because they all say "Talk to someone else, that's not my problem" Even the owners will not take responsibility. RIP OFF!!
West ridge was the only place willing to give me a chance when no one else would. Granted , my car wasn't perfect, I understood it was a used car. They even worked with me when I totaled it; they let me keep it and finish paying it off, so that I could continue getting to work and school. I knew they didn't have to do that, but they did. I say west ridge is one of the better local buy here places around.
