Vino had a great first visit. He was not anxious and had happy energy after his exam and shots. From the first desk to wrap up it was a great experience.

It’s owned by private equity and it shows. Id been before and liked the vet enough, I thought he was great with my dog who is very anxious at vets. But, my last visit was awful and quite expensive and ill never to back. First, there was an arduous AI phone answering service with lots of bugs, I could have avoided going even going in had I just been able to talk to someone. Don't act like you really really care about your dog. I went in there cuz my dog has something in his foot and they came up with a list of stuff that wasn't even right. They come across and they give scamming. Like you're using the dogs and the way you feel about your animal and in order to control how much you going to pay.
