Leasing agent didn't show up to viewing or answer her phone, waste of time and money
Couldnt find the leasing office, Expensive A.F. for what you get:$200/mo for a garage?? The manager on duty didnt know the answers to any of our questions. We'll look elsewhere for the money. Huge waste of time stopping by
The parking situation here is a total disaster. There are not enough spots for all the tenants, the spots are small and poorly marked, numbers are hard to read, and management has been extremely unprofessional in leaving very aggressive and passive hand written notes on people’s cars as apposed to the well worded printed notes they use for everything else.
The units are decently nice and the complex is quiet for the most part, but there are only light fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. I honestly would of given them more stars if it weren’t for the parking situation, it’s a tiny lot, spots are small, and I’ve been assigned someone else’s spot two times in a row after paying for the permit forcing me (and others I’m not the only one this has happened to) to find other places to park, and if they don’t like it they tow you.
