Other reviews have already mentioned the parking issues, unclean washer and dryers, and the management community being extremely hit or miss. I'm adding the fact that the house directly to the East of these apartments regularly create fires, blowing smoke into your windows if you are on that side of the building. They likely own the home and aren't leaving anytime soon. Additionally, the trailers that are directly to the North of the building are extremely nosey. It feels safe to live there neighbors feel like family and the staff are very supportive and helpful. Im grateful to be able to live here.
Leasing agent didn't show up to viewing or answer her phone, waste of time and money
Couldnt find the leasing office, Expensive A.F. for what you get:$200/mo for a garage?? The manager on duty didnt know the answers to any of our questions. We'll look elsewhere for the money. Huge waste of time stopping by
The parking situation here is a total disaster. There are not enough spots for all the tenants, the spots are small and poorly marked, numbers are hard to read, and management has been extremely unprofessional in leaving very aggressive and passive hand written notes on people’s cars as apposed to the well worded printed notes they use for everything else.
